There are enough mock drafts out there already, instead here are five bold predictions below the jump.

1. Somebody trades into the latter first round for EJ Manuel. Gut feelings tell me that the teams to look out for are the Eagles and the Jets. If the Jets are the ones, don't be surprised if the partners are the 49er's, who have tossed around the idea of trading up.

2. Eddie Lacy is not the first running back taken. He isn't the second one taken either. Our first positional rankings for this class didn't have him as a top back, and we certainly aren't changing anything now. He is pretty mediocre.
3. 4 quarterbacks are selected on Thursday alone. Like him or not, Geno Smith is a first. As seen above, I have a feeling that Manuel will sneak in. That leaves my third guess, Matt Barkley, as a likely third choice. Below, #4.

4. Nassib is reunited with college coach Doug Marrone in the first round, but not at pick 8. This seems like another trade into the middle part of the first round. Buffalo has been saying they are actually interested in Barkley, but really what would you expect them to say.

5. Cornellius Carradine is a top ten pick. Arguably the best bet for a 10 sack season in this draft, he proved his health with a private workout where he ran an amazing 40 yard dash, especially impressive considering how quick he has recovered from his season ending ACL tear.
EDIT: News has broke that he has failed some private physicals.. Obviously this one was made before that news.
